Are you sending to someone who would have you in their contact list. If not, then likely the phone has no way to know it is you texting. Typically texts are sent as phone number and the receiving phone checks it's contact list to see if it matches anyone and then substitutes the name for the number automatically.
First check all the message setting i.e 1.Center number should start with prefix +........Character support it should be "Full" and the "Message sent as" should be "Text".If all these settings are correct the only way to solve is to contact / call the particular customer care.Good luck.
Check message centre number on your SMS settings. Sometimes ingoing/outgoing on different numbers , depending on where you are. Your dealer will be able to give you the required numbers, or maybe even reset it for you!! Let me know if this doesn't work and we can do a few other things ;]
If you google that number you'll see it's spam. Unfortunately cellular carriers let people send text messages from computers to cell phones. People can type in any from number and when you receive the message you have absolutely no way to know who sent it. Malicious people send nasty text messages and attach other peoples cell phone numbers to them....
if you really, really, REALLY, want to clear the memory of every name/number you have ever sent a text to or whatnot, you can reset your phone to factory settings, but that resets the settings, preferences, wallpapers, profiles, and everything else you have modified.
