Hi, Use this link to Download the Conexant Audio Driver for Windows XP. Make sure you have the exact Device. If you are not sure please use this tool to Identify it. Driverguide Toolkit.

Download and Install it (you has to have a working Internet Connection and have t be Online). Download the Trial.
Skip the Login Process and Let the Program Scan your Machine.
After scan finished skip the Update process as well since it required a valid account.
Click on the Device in the List.
Click on the "Device Information" tab which is at the bottom of the Program.
Identify the Manufacturer and Version Information. Then search it or let us know.

If you are referring to the BIOS password then there is no other way to unlock that. You need to send in you computer to lenovo Depot repair department. The number is 18774536686.

Update the driver for your easycamera. You can do it manually (which is time consuming and won't assure 100% fix) or you can do it automatically with an automatic driver updater like RadarSync.

I would like to recommend OpenOffice instead.

1) A computer with OpenOffice on it will use anything generated by a computer with MS Office.

2) A computer with MS Office on it will use anything generated by a computer with OpenOffice.

try to press Fn+esc to open the webcam if not work you may wanna try to go to consumersupport.lenovo.com to get the latest camera driver and make sure it is compatible to your Operating System by checking the OS on the right side of the camera driver(lenovo.com)

Try to press FN+ESC button to turn on the camera if it doesn't work then uninstall the Lenovo EasyCamera driver and the Easy Capture in the Control Panel/Uninstall Program. hi vergil_angel, if you have downloaded the easycamera on your pc, it will show under all programs of any operating system. But if it is not, go to this link.
http://consumersupport.lenovo.com
select your brand of laptop under option 2. then select the Lenovo easycamera from your Lenovo model.
