Ongoing jamming/misfeed problems

Misfeed Error, or Timing Error. You need dealer service. This is a Professional Machine. The fuser only heats the toner to set it on the paper. It is nothing to do with jams.

2009 old printer, and needs service that old and ignored.
RTM read the manual first, at Konica?
what country are you in, manuals and machine very by country./
ours is C360i (usa link only)

scan/print/copy fax test 1 does the TEST page feature work? at keypad of C360
test 2 does copy work? classic mode?
last step is tray 1 or 2, pick if tray2 is busted.


on any thing like that we clean all paths in the printer and all sensors too cleaned, of paper dust, and chunks of same .
clean it all .
or call a tech , and that will be their first act
the output tray ? is selection option ! for print modes.
do so ?

check the paper trays 3 and 4. jam paper behind the trays????

misfeed is different then a jam. jam is the paper hit something miss feed the paper rollers can not pick up the paper. clean the rollers or replace them and or there associated clutches

have the rollers been replaced, misfeed means the rollers cant grab the paper not a JAM

konica minolta c451 printing this type

First, I should ask where you buy your toner and what quality is it. If it's not a genuine Konica Minolta toner you will run into more problems.

Your first check, print using about 5 copies of card, if the prints on the cards shows shadowy image or you find shadow repetition of the prints, that's a confirmation of a bad toner quality.

Di 251 is legacy Minolta machine, Minolta is now Konica Minolta

have seen the misfeed actuators in the adu break on those machines
