Charger problem or cell problem??help me

My english is not soo gud...hope u'll get my problem problem is tht..my LG KG800 chocolate white continuosly showing low battery,i put new battery to it...after some time it again show low battery...the cell phone charging slot where chager pluck is attached,i think its become loose... plz help me out wht will i do i there any cell phone problem or charger problem wht is the problem....plzz help
