called revo uninstaller. (mine is lifetime licensed it is that good)
it sure can remove the most stubborn of all, never seen it fail ever.

start the laptop in safe mode... (tapping f8 while booting) then go to user accounts in control panel and remove the password.

2---- go into chrome..>>settings>>password management>> scroll down to the program you want the password for>>click the x at the right side of the program name....it will show you the password

Try changing your password back to the old number and it should hopefully unscramble.

Im not sure what lupa paswod is if its password security you need
