start the laptop in safe mode... (tapping f8 while booting) then go to user accounts in control panel and remove the password.
2---- go into chrome..>>settings>>password management>> scroll down to the program you want the password for>>click the x at the right side of the program name....it will show you the password
Im not sure what lupa paswod is if its password security you need
