Have you tried changing the battery? My tape measures all read in 16th's of an inch, which means there are 16 tick marks per inch...

Reset my devise

Do a hard teset by removing battery for ten minutes. Not sure why you are getting error messages every time, if it is the same error message it could be a fault in the machine or it could be that you are doing something wrong when you use the machine. Make sure you read and keep all the instructions that come with the machine. Hope this helps.

Cannot read disc
