Start:
A. Call the service mode to the screen.(Shifting to the service mode is available even when the service call is occurred).
1. Press the Utility/Counter key.
2. Touch [Meter Count] on meter count display.
3. Press the following keys in this order.; Stop -> 0 -> 0 -> Stop -> 0 -> 1
4. Touch [Password], and enter the CE password using the display keyboard or the 10-key pad. Default is 92729272 (get three shots only then you are locked out)
B.Once in service mode use the following procedure
2. Change the screen using [?] / [?] and select [Trouble Reset].
NOTE
• The trouble reset key will be displayed in the service mode only when the service call is occurred.
3. Touch [OK] on the check screen.
4. According to the description on the screen, turn OFF the power switch, and turn it ON again more than 10 seconds after and check to make sure the machine operates normally.

Switch is set to ON, and correct or replace as necessary.

c3852 means low fuser(hot section) temp setting. hold down utility or stop key, then you should be abel to do trouble reset. if problem persist it would most likely be a lamp or a sensor, which will require a technician to come out.
