I connect the handset to pc ,and also software are install but mobile model content are not display, the information will be please connect device ,what problem please solution

go to google.com, In searchbox type Samsung pc studio. Click on first result(not ad) then choose your phone model and download and install the corresponding software found.

Hi,

According to your mobile handset model have two features to connect with PC.

Install Samsung PC studio software (Downloadable from website) in your PC.

Connect your handset with PC through USB data cable and wait for detection.

Go to the Phone settings in your handset then open the PC connection wizard and select Samsung PC studio option.

Now open the software access your mobile or transfer your data. Net access is also possible through this way after activating GPRS.

Here have another way to transfer data. Your Handset have Bluetooth facility.

Activate your Bluetooth from your hand set.

Use a Bluetooth dongle in your PC and install it

For this you need to scan your handset and memory from a updated antivirus

you can copy phonebook, messages, images, songs and mms by installing the Alfatel software CD that comes with handset. Install the software to your system. Connect your handset by USB cable or by bluetooth. follow the instructions as per the software so you would be able to transfer them to your system.
