NO. you cannot install DUO to *********** board. the DUO is pinless and the P4 3.06 is pin type if you want to upgrade your PC you have to replace the mother board too.

Visit the Intel website for support. But first you will have to indicate the exact model, make, type plus the OS you are using at:
http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Product_Filter.aspx?ProductID=2159&lang=eng
Enter all relevant details regarding your PC and get free access to all drivers. Alternatively go driverguide.com and select your drivers agin depending on your OS. The you can register free and even let the "driver tracker" tell you exactly which drivers to download and even update if required.................sodeep

Upload pspe-vm sound

There are a couple of different versions of your board. This is Asus's link:
http://support.asus.com/download.aspx?SLanguage=en&m=P5E-VM%20DO&p=1&s=22&os=24&hashedid=BcnnZhKxoh65jfIC
You can change the search. Regardless of model, they seem to have Realtek sound ALC883. If you can't get it from Asus, try here:
http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/
or here:
http://download.cnet.com/Realtek-AC-97-Driver-Windows-Vista-Windows-7/3000-2120_4-10962344.html
This last one is for Windows 7 AC97 codec. I believe you would need the High Definition software but, it's worth a try.

I want to download p5p800-vm sound driver can u help me?

http://www.nodevice.com/driver/P5VD2-MX/get34077.html
or
if your computer came with a motherboard disc the sound drivers could be on it
click start control panel administrive tools computer management device manager scroll to sound, video and game controllers you might see a yellow question mark? Right click to reinstall drivers if you dont have a motherboard disc you will have to download the drivers
cnetdownload.com if these drivers are not suitable on the home page you should see the download software finder under that there will be a list platform, category sub category price fromthe category drop down list select drivers then from the price drop down list select free or which ever applies to your need or you could try some of these

I have missed the motherboard Cd for my A8V-VM SE with AMD processors so which are the drivers are to be loaded so as to detect the sound card and VGA

Download the drivers you need from Asus;
http://www.asus.com/Search.aspx?SearchKey=A8V-VM%20SE
Realtek Audio Driver and VIA Onboard VGA Driver.
Once the site above loads you'll need to click on the drop down menu and click on you're operating system.

Thats it!
Good luck

Asus P5P800-Vm

This problem is either your power supply, the mother board or the processor, try using a different power supply first and see what happens. Take the processor out of the socket and take it to your local pc store and ask if they will test the processor for you, if all are ok then it is *********** board is at fault and will need to be replaced.

My system mother board is asus p5vd2 vm/s for that i can't able to down load suitable audio drivers

The drivers for this audio chip will be either an AC97 or a Realtek sound chip. Have alook for the chipon the board, it will be a small chip about 1cm square and it will have the name of the chip on it plus it may have what appears to look like "antlers"

Depending on the chip you have, you can then download the drivers either from the Asus website for your board or the manufacturer of the chip itself.
