DVD Player not working
Go to menu. Select inputs. Assign input 1(or whatever input you connectedthe dvd to) as DVD. Then exit menu. Press the input key, scroll over to DVD. I reccomend using a component cable with a digital audio cable, if you do not have a DVD player that has an HDMI connection. You will find that a blu-ray player will be much more satisfying for the television you have. Basically by hooking up that old dvd player to that tv, is the same as hooking an 8-track to a $2,000.00 stereo. It will work, but the quality is going to suffer! Good luck, and believe me. It is worth the extra money to get a blu-ray player. It will play all your old dvd's and blu-rays. That way you are getting the full potential of your set.
