Either the power supply in not generating proper 48 Volts or the controller board is not detecting a 48V output from the power supply.
First of all make ensure that power supply and controller board are correctly connected (check for loose contacts). Unfortunately there's not much you can do. The problem is either in the power supply or the controller board. There is a special tool for testing the power supply and deciding whether to change the power supply or the controller. From what i've seen in the field, most of the times its the power supply that fails. I can send you the power supply test procedure. If youre interested letme know your email.

As you are using Pantech impact P7000 try to put any other sim and place it correctly near the socket. If you have same problem you should change you are SIM socket so my advise to you better to change the sim socket after that only you can come out of this problem.Then you should not keep changing your sim .Change your SIM as you require to change.
