According to the Sportsmobile custom website, the porta potti you have is called a Thetford Electric flush porta potti. There is only one electric flush made by Thetford, so a model number is not necessary to locate instructions or a manual that shows maintenance and use ect.
Here is a link to the manual, parts list and usage instructions for your Porta Potti. When the page opens, click on the link on the top right hand side that says "manual" to download a PDF version to save to your computer.
I hope this helps? If you are happy with my solution, please rate it on Fixya! Thanks!
I have just come across the same problem. Looking at Porta Potti measurements, the 335 is the closest to the 235. Height of the 335 is half a cm more at 30.5cm. Depth is a couple of cm more at 38.1cm compared to 36cm for the 235, but width of the 335 is less at 34.3cm compared to 35cm for the 235 model. I was told the 345 replaced the 235...but the height is more and won't fit under my bench seat. 345 measurements are H. 34.5cm D.41.9cm W.38.1cm.
Hi! Spray blade which closes holding tank with silicone spray. Make sure spray goes under lip of sealing ring. Also spray around holding tank actuator knob allowing to penetrate underneath to shaft. Don't use a silicone grease as this will gum up the works. If you can't get hold of a light silicone spray try using household type silicone polish intended for furniture. Wipe off any surplus as only thin film required.
Your lucky day I found the answer to your problem. I also need some info and checked out the net.
Just go to www.thetford.com
You should be able to find a download for your potty as I did for mine!
Hope this helps!
