You'll have to trouble shoot it... the belt either jumped off the motor pully or it may have broke. Either way you'll have to disconnect it and inspect it. Remember to always unplug the unit when servicing it. If the belt broke it is not hard to replace. The drums are held by gravity on rollers. Simply lift enough to get new belt pass the roller. If there are upper rollers in the way... simply remove them. Don't remove lower rollers. Lift the drum enough to install the belt and replace the upper rollers, relocate the new belt and close it up. Done.
