That error 33 means motor control failure. You should call tech support. 1-800-962-9888.

Go into the BioTech mode by pressing the top left arrow key and keep holding it down while powering up the unit. In the BioTech mode, you can turn off the EZmode.

Error 23 is similar to error 33. It's a motor control failure.

How can I adjust the pump to go off after a feeding automatically?.

You can't. It's a safety issue. If the pump turned off automatically the operator wouldn't know if feeding was completed successfully or if the pump lost power.

What does kto stand for?

Keep Tube Open. When you want to stop the feeding for more than 30 minutes, KTO will periodically pump a medically insignificant amount to prevent the feed from clogging in the set.

The power cable does not fit snugly into the back of the pump and even the slightest movement causes it to turn off the unit, thus is not charging. I have this problem with more than one of the power...

You need to call the company, they will send a replacement, explain to them this is the second one

My daughter uses a joey at night for feeding and night when she is feeding sometimes the syring overflows is there any other method that i can use to feed her using the joey

How old is your daughter?? Is she able to let you know if she aspirates on her feed?? i recommend hand feeding for safety. Her stomache could be full and causing the back flow. Her feedings may have to be reduced/spread out.
