My sanyo tv has no picture no sound 31"color tv

If picture and sound is ok, and there is no colour, your push have sometimes made its system changed. I don't know from where you are, and to which country you belongs. Anyway I'll give you one solution.
Your Sanyo Tv may have multisystem compactable. There are mainly three systems in transmision of TV signals, called PAL [Phase Alternating Line], SECAM [Sequential colour and mamory] and NTSC [National Telivision System Committee]. Most of the europian countries have transmitters with SECAM and NTSC. I belongs to India, and here we have PAL BG system.

If the system has changed in the tv, the picture will not have chroma information, ie ,colour information, and black and white picture will be the result. You just do one thing. Just get into the Menu of your TV, according to its documantaion that you have, and go to the system menu, and make it "AUTO". This will solve your problem. Ok.

contact sanyo, sounds like your display panel has gone bad

check the voltage at vertical ic must get 24volt dc then replace the IC that all

Shorted hori output and bad FBT flyback transfomer.

Need to resolder the parts inside they call it CRYSTAL to make the color cameback. It happen mosthly bcoz of the old of the tv.

This is most likely a scan amp, and or power supply failure. You will have to bring the set in for service.

sounds to me that your picture tube needs rejuvenated.
You will need to get it done by a tech.
mechanical doesn't mean a thing when it comes to electronics.
Mechanics when working on electronics, end up costing more damage when you end up taking it to a tech.

Your TV is in the demo mode. Try this: Press the MENU button and hold it down for about 10 seconds.
