My Brookstone Cloud Force Helicopter will not charge. The batteries in remote are good. The green light does not light up.

Question edited to what I think you meant to say :>D

It appears to be a known issue.

But my thought is that being left on the shelf with a flat battery set has ruined the batteries and you need new ones. The manual says it takes 6 x AA rechargeable batteries. It also says the switch must be in the Off position when you charge. Page 6 and 7.

If you are replacing the batteries, buy Sanyo Eneloop, as they are best for power and a quality of build.

Just purhased two Tier-One Gallant helicopters. They say they are 3 channel. I see no channel selectors on remote or helicopter. I want to fly two of them but don't think I'll be able to unless I have them...

You cannot easily change the frequency these helicopters operate on, they are not designed for multi channel use. To change their operating frequency you would need to find and replace the small crystal inside the helicopter and also inside the remote control.
The 3 channel you are referring to is the number of functions (channels) you can control on the helicopter, not it's frequency channel.

Do the helicopter itself have a on/off switch..tech-one gallant

After fights between teh kids (he's crashing my helicopter) I think I figured it out. The instructions says to select the frequency on the helicopter, but there is no switch. When you first bring up the helicopter and controller, sometimes the green light on the controller blinks a few times. That is it synching up with the helicopter. After you charge the helicopters, turn then both off, Then turn on one helicopter and one controller. The key is when the green light above the one off switch is blinking. I did it with trial and error, so I am not sure exactly how to get it in the mode where it is in pairing mode. RIght now I am reluctant to mess around with it because they are set correctly and the kids are playing with them. I will post later if I figure out the exact sequence for getting them in pairing mode

How do you charge the iwave helicopter?

In the controller unit (the controller holds the 6 AA batts) there is a compartment just under the green charge light. Open the compartment by sliding the compartment door down in the direction of the arrow. This will expose a wire with a white plug on the end of it. Insert this plug into a socket found on the underbelly of the helicopter next to the on/off switch. On the controller, turn the switch to the 'on' position. The red and green light on the controller will light, indicating it's charging. After about 15 minutes, the green light will go out, indicating that the helicopter is fully charged.

We have two gyros S107G remote control helicopters. the instructions say to "set the band selector on the transmitter and helicopter to the same frequency." the switch on the transmitter is...

Had the exact same problem. Found the solution on an Amazon posting:

1. To enable this function make sure both remotes and both helicopters are off.

2. Set the first remote's channel switch to the leftmost position (it says A, B, and C, but the s107 only supports 2 channels). Turn the remote on.?

3. Turn the helicopter that you would like to bind to the remote on and set the helicopter down on a flat stable surface for about 5 seconds. Try the throttle and the helicopter should respond to this remote.?

4. Next, to enable the second helicopter, set the second remote's channel switch to the rightmost position (it says A, B, and C, but the S107 only supports 2 channels). Turn the remote on.?

5. Turn the second helicopter on and set the helicopter down on a flat stable surface for about 5 seconds. Try the throttle and the second helicopter should respond to this remote.?
