How to remove the old corporate greeting in T7316 Nortel?

I have this Nortel T7316 as the main switchboard, thanks for your help i did reset the admin password. But i need to remove the old corporate greeting as we are a new company using this office. How to do that? I tried some tips but it doesn't apply to my problem. I don't need to record a new personal or mailbox greeting. I need to simply remove the old corporate greeting to this phone, just that. Hope someone could me out on this. Thanks

press AA
press Grtg
press Grtg again
press 1 then ok.
Greeting 1 is usually for day and 2 is usually for night depending on the tech who set it up.

Choose Other, CCR, ADMIN, Enter 1 for CCR tree one and when the option for "Path" appears press 0 and you will have the option to record. I believe there is an option for "More" which you select and play the greeting if not you can choose rec and the option to play the current greeting will be on the screen.

Nortel t7316 admin console

You should be able to enter programming from any T7316 or M7310 or M7324 phone. Does this happen at the other phones which can be used for programming. If it does, try a power reset of your phone system.

Norstar M7310 I cannot get the greeting from the last admin off of this phone. My greeting plays when the call comes in and it directs callers to the extensions, but after my greeting the old greeting...

The greeting is from the voice mail not your phone.
Logging In To a Mailbox From Your Own Extension
1 - Feature 981
2 - Pswd: Dial 4-digit password (default is 0000)
Follow prompts to change your greeting. They are: ADMIN, then GREET and then RECORD.

When done hang up or push RLS. I have installed several of these systems.
