    Dear John,
YOU ARE AWESOME!  The rating of Guru is rightfully applied in your case.  Thanks to you I was able to cut through all the Bull S***T and endless searching, and down load the manual I was looking for! Thank you so much! Now can you do anything about the economy? Thank you again.
    Ciao,

No More Problem! John was AWESOME!!!  I was able to easily locate the manual I had been searching for thanks to his guidance. He  also helped me avert a potentially disastrous  outcome.  I had intended to put engine tune up in my rototiller, but thanks to John, I was able to download the manual which had a BIG WARNING about using fuel additives; Thanks again John!  He really is a  Guhru. I am so glad that I stumbled upon your website.  It is such a cool idea.  I hope to join so that I may help others as I was helped.  You guys are great. Thanks again. Ciao, Leonardo

If you cant move the tines by hand then I wouldn't think you sheared the pins, more like a gear box problem.

Craftman Tiller Model # 9172933311 doesn't go into ground. Tines skirt over grass instead of digging into ground and removing grass.

need to use down force and pull back to offer resistance so tines dig into ground and not walk across area
