Grams are weight measurements and cannot be switched out for a measurement size in spoons, cups, etc. In Europe, and in most of the world, they measure by weight (grams /ounces) and use a scale. It is a more accurate way to measure for recipes. For baking, to be certain your product will turn out fine, it should really be done by weight exclusively because baking is a science and not the same as cooking a savory dinner where you can always add a pinch of this and a handful of that. If you have a kitchen scale it should already have both the imperial measuring system and the metric measuring system on it. By the way, 300 grams is roughly 10.5 ounces, therefore 200 grams is equal to 2/3 of that number, which is 7 ounces.

This cannot be determined by the values you give. A cup is a measure of volume, while grams is a measure of weight. Since items of differing mass can have different weights, there is no actual answer. You CAN take 529 grams of pasta, measure it out and get a certain number of cups, and this value may work consistently for a certain brand and type of pasta (say Barilla elbow macaroni), but it may not be true for San Giorgio elbow macaroni, since San Giorgio may weigh more (or less) per cup, depending upon ingredients and moisture content.

im not too sure what your asking, all imperial starrett id mics read 3 place decimal you will have the inch number that is set by you for the job and then the mic gives you the next 3 numbers IE 4.250

Decimals are measurements in tenths, hundreds or thousandths. The first number after the decimal point is tenths, followed by hundreths etc.

Press SHIFT MODE 6 then select the desired number of digits after the decimal point. Alternatively, press SHIFT MODE 7 then select the desired number of significant digits.

Just follow the steps....

1. Type "Enter Land in Gundas" in A1
2. Type "Equivalent Land in Acres" A2
3. Type "=B1/40"
4. Now type the number of gundas in B1 example 100
5. you will automatically get 2.5 in B2

Now you need only two decimals tighy?

1. Select B2 Cell
2. Right Click and goto Format Cell
3. Goto Number
4. Under Number select Number Catogory
5. and then select 2 decimals
