How do you reset petz monkeyz house? i bought it used and all of the person that had its info is still on there and i want my info to be on there.

To start over, press L, X, B and Select all at once.

1. turn off the DS
2. turn it back on.
3. select Petz icon
4. press the globe icon at the lower right corner.
5. scroll right or left till you see the word "English" in the sentence.
6. select (yes) by selecting the "O" in the big blue box.
7. select the little suitcase icon in upper right corner.
8. select the icon that looks like a gear or flower.
9. select the top icon (disk) at the left to save the new language setting.
10. then select yes by touching the "O" in the big blue box.

should be good now, took me like 30 min b4 realizing I probably can just reboot the game and hopefully it will ask me what language...after i realized it was in Danish...i was able to locate the word "language", which is "sprog" in Danish.

I had the same problem with mine. What you do is you go into closet, and when the screen comes up that says, "Please don't turn off the power or remove the game card," with the gorilla and smaller monkey in a tree, yank the game card out. It may take a few tries, as that screen is only brief, and you might not get it at the right time. Then the screen will go a translucent white, like you can still see through it but it's still white. After that all you have to do is switch it off and back on again, reinsert the game card, and then it will say, "The save data has been corrupted. It will now be deleted." Then you press A and it goes onto the adoption centre door screen, ready for you to adopt your first monkey!

if there is an nintendo sign in the beggining of the game (upon starting up) hold l,r,x,y,a,b, and it should say
"wanna delete all save data"

when the game starts up it ll say nintendo hold lrxyb and a and itll ask if u wan delete ur data
