I want to turn off dist dynamic gamma

Hi. I hope I can be a help to you non this.

This is a feature which, when turned on, allows the DGC ( Dynamic Gamma Circuitry ) makes it easier to see differences in dark areas when ther is alot of dark areas, and lighter areas when there is alot of light areas, making all areas more visible, and giving a smoother visual experience. It is not without flaws, though, as it mainly adjusts black level and greyscale, not contrast or color saturation.

In order to turn this feature,do this.

1 press the menu button
2 arrow up or down till you get to Dynamic Gamma
3 arrow left or right to enter
4 once you have entered, arrow up or down to turn it on or off.
5 press the menu button when you are done with your selection.

Also, there is a feature in the menu to reset everything at once, if you would rather .
It will reset tint, color, brightness, detail, color temp., Digital noise clear, Color Management, as well as the DGC.

This is actually alot simpler, as all you do is:press the menu button, go up or down until you get to the reset selection, then arrow left or right.

The onscreen menu will disappearfor a couple of seconds if you have done it right, and then when it returns, everything is set back to default settings.
Then press menu when you are finished.

Hopefully I have given you the information that you need, and I am glad I could help you out with this today.

Computer will not boot up. I have tried to boot up in safe mode, normal, safe mode with prompt command...nothing works, just goes back to the normal start up screen and keeps doing the normal start up over...

It looks like you're encountering an endless reboot? Here's what to do to find the actual error message.

  1. Turn on the computer, and press F8 after the POST screen but before Windows attempts to start to access the advanced startup options.
  2. Select "Disable Automatic Restart On System Failure" and press Enter.
You should now get a blue screen with an error message and error codes. Please write these codes down and report back.
