Condensation leaking out of unit

I have a nordyne model#33da-o36u-b upper unit and model#323b-017ha furnance and a heat pump in my manufactured home and every time I run the Heat pump to cool the house down it begins to leak water out of the bottom from condensation and when it shuts off I have a large puddle of water at the bottom of the unit. I have cleaned filters and tried to find a leak but am having no luck finding the problem?? Any ideas??

It is the upper unit indoors that is doing it. It doesn't seem to be getting to the drain lines at all.

If it is the indoor unit leaking, make sure that all your drain lines are clear.... if you're talking about the outdoor unit leaking water in the heat cycle...that is normal.

Btw, I’m available to help over the phone in case u need at https://www.6ya.com/expert/cody_17f08cf8e340c06c

If the water is not even making it to the drain lines... then the unit might not be level, try and level the coil or make it so that it very slightly tilts to where the condensation runs gently towards the drain line. Make sure to seal any air gaps that are created during this process. Regular silicone will work fine for sealing those gaps.

Nordyne FEH-017HA-04 furnace fan is running full speed on ac but not on furnace

Multiple speed fans are always wired to run on "HI" for A/C and a lower speed for heat. If there are more than 3 wires on the fan motor, its probably a multiple speed.

I have a intertherm model feh-017h electric

It's the heat kit in the unit that is causing the problem. You need to do a continuity test on it to eleminate that they have shorted. This is the only thing in an electric furnace that will blow a fuse on it. Intertherm is a Nordyne product for manufactured homes. Of coarse they still sell them! I am a Nordyne dealer. Also a sequencer can not cause a fuse to blow. The service guy just wants to make money from you by installing a new unit. You can either re-wire the heat kit or you can purchase a new one and have it installed. If you are referring to the heat kit for 159.00, then that's a fair price for it if you are a non licensed person.

Pinging noise in duct work

it could be merely condensation or maybe the expansion and contraction of the metal as it heats up and cools down. if possible try insulating the vent if not done so already
