Immediately when starting to sew thread knots up and clogs up bobbib

well, common problem when you didn't acquired right set up of tension and clean feed dog,bobbins,shuttle race.on figure right bobbins winding.
set up counter clokwise thread rotation, set dial tension on #3 to #4, dial stich to # 8 to #12
only on cotton fabrics,others fabrics such as silk..etc,gradually adjust tension fine the smoothest adjustment,

I hope this helps: I bought a machine, and had the same problem... I read reviews, found that soOo many people were having this same problem. I thought it was a defect or something with the brand of machine so I exchanged it for another... well, the instruction aren't always clear. Not until I watched a DVD that came with my new machine did I realize I wasn't running the thread through the bobbin correctly. I had been just running it through the hole in the bobbin case... not right. Don't just thread it through the hole from the inside. When you place the bobbin in the case, pull out some of the thread and run it from the side between the little **** / split in the metal and you have to pull it down to the left and UNDER the metal strip held by the tension screw (the little sliver of metal). So, the thread is actually being pressed between two pieces of metal. I felt like a "dingbat" when I realized why I couldn't work it. This is kind of hard to explain, but I hope this helps...
I also had this problem and on reading the manual I discovered that if the tension is too tight in the bobbin thread, it will gather and glob and cause a problem. On the bottom of page 12 of the manual it says that "Lower thread tension can be adjusted by turning screw on bobbin case slightly to the right (clockwise) to INCREASE tension. Anti-clockwise to the left to DECREASE tension."
This one little instruction made all the difference in the world for me, as well as making sure the thread in the bobbin was put into the case correctly. Necchin DVD and manual leave much to be desired, but if you just patiently read each section and play with the parts you're reading about, you can figure it out. (If I can do it, ANYONE can!!) This is a year after you asked your question but I hope this helps someone else.
Before threading the top thread, be sure to ALWAYS RAISE the presser foot. This allows the thread to seat fully in the tension disk. Failing to do this will frequently cause the top thread to make globs of knots under the fabric.

threading tension as shown on red threading from spool pull threading and loop to dial tension threading and insert thread to lever needle and to needle hole tip. pull tread under the needle foot and feeder tooth.rotate hand wheel counter clockwise to hook up thread bobbibs and appear at top of needle plate,teo thread shoul appear,set dial tension to # 3 and stich to # 8 range to # 12 depend on fabric and layer of fabrics and set on straight stich sewing,let needle on upper position insert fabric for trial sewiing.put down foot needle lever. manually by hand rotate for assurance needle is free to sew if obtruction on loop bobbins thread occurs adjust all tension gradually then try again until free from sewing w/o problem star sewing.

Did you try and clean out the bobbin, shuttle and race area? If there is the tiniest thread or a bit of lint in there it will throw a hissy fit! Make sure you also put in a new needle. Also rethread it once more after your done. Use a can of air in the bobbin area as it should blow out all the stuff in there.
This is a brand new machine. Can’t be dirty. I don’t understand the manual instructions
