Cyberhome 300 dvd player does'nt read any dvd

I am sure problem on Laser,may be it does not read any disk.So all times it say insert disk.You can better opportunity replace this damage laser.

Most likely the DVD laser lens is dirty. Unplug the CH-DVD 300 from the wall outlet, wait 5 minutes, then remove the top cover. Next, remove the rectangular metal plate which covers the area where the CD or DVD disc would be when in the player's tray. Underneath the rectangular plate you should see two small lenses. Gently clean these lenses using ear swabs moistened with isopropyl alcohol. Reassemble the CH-DVD 300 in the reverse order that you disassembled it, plug it back into power, and now it should read your DVD discs just fine.

The optical reader is broken.

Working remotes for cyberhome dvd players can be purchased on the e-bay website. You can also try having some one look at the unit , it may be a simple problem of cold solder joints or loose contacts with battery holder causing your remote failure. If not for a few dollars you can find a working one on e-bay. I hope this helps you with your problem.

I have a cyberhome dvd player CH- DVD 300 had it for a 1 year i but in a orginal dvd movie and it does play it it said no disc I but in dvd cleaner it read for a moment but when i put in the orginal movie it said no disc again is it the sensor or what, what should i do???

In the remote codes guide, the Cyberhome DVD player is listed under "Portable DVD"...the code is 2083...worked for me, enjoy.

are they bootleg dvd's? if not try getting a lense cleaner because wrong disc means it's reading your dvd's as .mov files which only play on quicktime in a computer. if it reads your cleaner as wrong disk too then get yourself a refund cuz it has a motherboard malfunction.

You might want to reset to factory defaults, but there is an error in the manual. In order to reset to factory defaults, turn on (with no disc inside), DO NOT OPEN THE DISC TRAY, just press the stop button on the player for 5 seconds.

I have a CH-DVD 300--not sure how different it is from the 200, but I have the same problem. Putting in an audio CD seems to do the trick, and is less hassle than unplugging (which also works for me).
