SOURCE: Callers can't hear me speak

This is because the microphone in your phone got disconnected in some way. Probably a faulty contact. This is a known fault for some motorola phones. The solution would be to go to a service center and ask them to check your microphone. It isn't an expensive repair at all. They will be able to do this for you in about half hour or so. It is the safest way to do this, otherwise you will have to dissasemble the phone yourself and check the microphone.

SOURCE: People cannot hear me.

this happens when the microphone is gone or if it is in loose contact ...
if you are good at opening the handsets then just open the handset check for the condition of microphone first ......then check the microphone is it touching the circuit board or not ... if the microphone is not touching the board then make it to touch it ...
check for any obstacles near by there & clear it if necessary ..
if the microphone is damaged then just get the new one which suits your model & replace it ...

this solves your problem ..

if you are not good at opening then just contact the technician
he will do it ...
it is just a matter of very little bucks ...

any doubts you can reply me

The person I am speaking with does not hear me (He is deaf).
The microphone function does not appear to be working. I have adjusted the volume and that's not the problem (You must speak as well).
I have plugged both jacks (microphone and speaker) into my PC hard drive and am using my PC to talk on Skype (You cant plug even a single jack in the hard drive).
Problem solved!

Can't hear me

It sounds like your microphone either is clogged or has gone bad. Take it to your carrier and get them to check it out for you.

Using 2 phones at same time.

most units can only "talk" with one unit at a time, because they are using a set freq. for both sides of the conversation. (think walkie-talkies of children) you can't talk and hear at the same time!

Hello, when using my built in microphone on my laptop compac#6120 to talk with another person , I can hear the other person clearly but they cannot hear my voice, they can hear everything else background...

If they can hear your breathing that means that you are not speaking in to the microphone, do a microphone test on the computer and see if you hear your own voice. If you don't the program that your using is set to use wrong sound input and the settings will have to be changed.

What program do you use to speak with others?

Head set inop xbox 360

dude that is creepy, and weird. But what I think is, i think you were so into playing call of duty,
you were talking to yourself. It was probably so awesome your brain got caught up in it and you did'nt know what was goin on. This happens to me when i'm playing halo 3. i'm so into it, I don't know what i'm doing. it's like my mind takes over if i really get into a game.
