If you are referring to the Spindle on the timer being loose ,this would suggest you may need a new timer quite an expensive repairif on the other hand its thewhole thing that is loose or the timer knob, both would be repaired quite cheaply...I wish you good luck

Check on the machine there is a schamatic and it has error codes on it. it may be on the in side panel.

If the washer is not filling with water then the water inlet valve needs to be checked.The water inlet valve is also called water fill valve.If the fill valve is faulty then it will not the water to get filled in the machine.
(The water-inlet valve is the device on the washing machine that the fill hoses are attached to.) If they're clean, you probably have a defective water-inlet valve. If so, you should completely replace the valve.
