Gprs setting airtel internet

Hi,

To activate the internet on your mobile you will need gprs setting from your network provider i.e. airtel.
For this you will need to contact Airtel customer care and ask for GPRS settings.
They will send you some settings which you will need to save on your phone.
After that you can use internet

Activate the GPRS mode on your mobile. Activation procedure of GPRS-

At first call to your customer care executive to send you for internet settings for your mobile. When you recive the settings then do the following things-

?· Install the settings first.-go to your message inbox and find the settings message when you open it then get the install option. Just click on install option.

?· Select your internet profile-just go to your internet menu and select settings. After that select Internet Profile and select GPRS option like Airtel Gprs/ Mobile Office if you are Airtel user.

IN MY OPNION AIRTEL IS USER FRIENDLY OPERATAR.
TO ACTIVATE GPRS ON AIRTEL DIAL *567#.
THEN A MENU WILL APPEAR WHICH SHOWS ALL INTERNET PACK AVAILABLE.
CHOOSE ONE YOU LIKE MOST I RECOMEND YOU TO CHOOSE VALUE RS 18 PACK.
IT GIVES 200MB DATA FOR 3 DAYS.
FOR GPRS SETTING SEND MO TO 543210 AND SAVE IT AS A DEFAULT SETTING.

These are the ways you can activate your GPRS and Airtel Live settings:
Send MO to 2567 from your Airtel mobile (2567 is a toll free number).
You will receive settings for Airtel Live, Airtel mobile office i.e Airtel GPRS and Airtel MMS.
Save the settings you want to use.
If you want to surf only limited site then I will recommend Airtel Live, specially when you are using Free GPRS trick that will be useful for you.
Else you can go ahead and save the settings for Airtel mobile office and Airtel MMS.
Now to activate Airtel GPRS you need to send GPRSACT from your Airtel number to 511( which is a toll free number). Do remember Airtel GPRS is not a free service and you will be charged.
But there is unlimited downloading on Airtel GPRS service (the paid one).
You can also deactivate it by sending a message GPRSDEACT to 511.
Though Airtel Live is activate by default but in case Airtel live is deactivated you can activate it by sending LIVEACT to 511 and to disable it LIVEDEACT to 511.

Hi buddy, all u have to do is call customer care @121-> select the option to talk to the customer care rep.-> he/she will give you the direct no. of gprs or else they will themselves send the gprs settings to ur cellphone. u will recieve three msgs  1>gprs settings for your cellphone. save these setting? press yes 2>the gprs settings have been sent to your mobile please save those settings and enjoy airtel live! 3>thank you for calling airtel assistance.
