Why can't i get my gifts that i click on in Farmville2

I can not get my gifts when I click on them in Farmville2, it does not show the picture of the gift or say that I got it and it does not show up on my farm.

Check your cookie blocking and pop-up blocking settings. You may also need to enable ActiveX &/or Java or Flash to run. This can be done in Inyternet Settings, Security, SItes and placing the site into your 'safe' zone - assuming that it is safe!

Hope this helps.... do check your "allow pop up and sites to open new windows/tabs" settings... I'm pretty confident you'll find it there!

If another player asks for material or help I do not get the request.

Why I can not see requests coming from friends in Farmville2? In facebook mmain page, top right corner, it appears a link from time to time which shows a link for the requests coming from one specific friend but when I click that link in order to see the requests, an error happen and page does not open. Do you have any idea for fixing this issue?

The gift icon does show and I cannot send gifts to friends.

Doubledown !!!! I have no solution. I can receive but cannot send gifts. Please help. My neighbors are still gifting but will stop if I do not reciprocate.
