Jabra Halo 2 turns on only when connected to power source.I think the problem should be with the battery.please help me out.

if it doesnt have a cord on the end you cant hook it into the laptop but if you have a cord on the end look on both sides of yuour laptop and if you see a hole but it in there if it fits

Install the suite, it has integrated drivers that should make it possible.
