hello there!
Sometimes Paypal closes accounts that have been dormant a long time.
Go to Paypal.com and see if you can open a new one even if the info is the same.
Let your sellers know that you are working on this.

If you no longer use the email address you signed up with, you can still access your PayPal account. You must log in using your original email address and password. After logging in, you can change your email address by clicking Profile at the top of the page and then click the Email link.

Please don't provide all the paypal details here, if someone with malicious intend is watching this post, he/she will definitely try to do something fishy with you. So we need to be careful. Phishing is very common with Paypal and can easily capture your password.

I will be much happier if you can only tell me the details about your problem. If you don't mind, please explain your problem here so that I can assist you further.

Here is the info from PayPal Customer Support (website) ... that may help ...
You may add up to eight email addresses to your PayPal account. Remember that each email address can only be associated to one PayPal account at a time.

Here's how to add an email address:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click Profile.
  3. Click My personal info.
  4. Click Update next to Email.

If you want to change your current email address, simply add a new address and remove your old one.

I have changed my broadband and I am haveing trouble trying to change my email address .my new is [email protected]

What exactly do you want to do? Do you want to change the email address you are using for your Paypal account?

If you want to change the email address you are using for Paypal, you really don't have to change it at all. What you should do is to add another email address for Paypal. You can do this by, after logging in to Paypal, point your mouse to the Profile link, and then click on the Add/Edit Email link. Then click on the Add button to add a new email address. You can use this new email address in logging in to the same Paypal account you are using before.

I want to send my paypal account to another Email account

Each e-mail address is the ID to one and only one PayPal account.
You will need to create a new PayPal account with the new e-mail address, go to the old PayPal account, detach all the bank accounts and credit cards you have on that account and them register them in your new account.
If you have PayPal credit and debit cards attached to the old account you'll have to contact PayPal directly so they can move them to your new account.

Need to chang my e-mail address

Log in to your PayPal account as usual with your (old) email address and PayPal password.

Then go to My Account -> Profile -> Add or edit email and
  • Add the new email address first
  • Make it the Primary address
  • then remove the old one.
You can keep your existing PayPal password, no need to change that.
