Parts breakdown I need a Thermador part number 00369988, which is no longer available. I'm looking for a working used part. Any ideas where I might find it? -
Thermador ranges use Bosch parts, or perhaps even are made by Bosch (my strong suspicion). The Bosch part you are looking for is "Bosch (OEM) Part #00369988". It should be available under that number.

See if it has a blower motor resistor(controls speeds) and replace it.
Look up model at repairclinic.com & see it the resistor is a listed part. See link, go to repair help by model number. Forget it. I just checked the only part they sell is the motor for $267. You can buy a new hood for that.
I really need to have a bit more information so I can give you a best answer. Please give me the model number of your appliance. Thank you, I did find on the net that someone on Ebay does have your part numbers, but did not go there to see if it is new or not.
is the door switch bad?when you open the door all the way if it is at a 90 degree angle the hinges are good also i just looked your model number up and it says the hinges are no longer available part 14-38-045-01
A site I like for parts breakdowns, www.ereplacementparts.com, shows they have three of these available. You can search on the site by part number or the model number of your saw.
We've had the same problem. I contacted a local sales room and they contacted their rep who promptly mailed the replacement parts I requested (I'd looked up the part numbers already). Now I'm waiting to find someone who will reasonably do the work.
Please see post by bonanzsapilot on 14 March 2009; he gives exact & easy to follow directions for making this repair for <$10. It's listed uner 'Thermador SC301IT oven - FixYa'. In a separate post I added the correct capacitor numbers from Newark.com. I made the fix in abt 30 min & it's good as new. Thermador no longer makes control panels for this oven & no wiring diagram is available to help. Shop price was estimated at $500.
