This is before, during and after brewing with the Kcups. The machine is only 5 months old...so disappointed!
SOURCE: We bought a Kurig Mini at this past Christmas.
Mine has been doing the same thing. I alkso received one at Chriustmas and it worked great for a few months. Below is the answer I received from Keurig: It is possible that the needle that penetrates the K-Cup has become clogged. Please follow these simple steps to clean it: Turn off the brewer and unplug it. Reach under the nozzle (where the coffee comes out) and press up on the bottom of the funnel. The K-Cup holder will pop out. Separate the K-Cup holder into two pieces. The top piece of the K-Cup holder is where the exit needle is located. Use a paper clip to clear the exit needle by putting the paper clip in the tube on the underside of the holder. Be careful, the exit needle is sharp. Wash the K-Cup holder with soap and water, rinse thoroughly. Also make sure the drawer is clean. Put K-Cup holder back into the drawer, making sure it snaps into place. Plug the brewer in and turn on. Run two cleansing brews (brew without a K-Cup) through the machine, and then brew a cup of coffee. If you still find grinds in your coffee, it would be best for you to talk to a representative to help troubleshoot your problem and discuss your options. This could be caused by too much pressure sealed inside the K-Cup or the filter alignment may be off. Please contact our customer service department at 1-866-901-BREW (2739). Representatives are available 7 days a week from 7 a.m. – 12:00 Midnight EST to assist you. Please have the serial number of your brewer available for when you call. The serial number for the Mini is located on the bottom of the brewer on a silver sticker. For the Classic, Ultimate and Select, is located on a sticker behind the drip tray. For the Elite, Ultra, Special Edition and Platinum it may be located either on the bottom of the brewer on a white sticker or, behind the drip tray. Sincerely, Briana Keene Keurig Customer Service

SOURCE: my k cup reusable coffee
I had the same issue and found a **** fix that is working well. The issue is that the hole in the my-kcup doesn't seal to the machine so I take a square of foil and put it over the top of the closed my-kcup assembly, crimping it under the rim of the cap. This seals the assembly and forces the water through the my-kcup. It also makes a better cup of coffee because the water is all going through the grounds.

I don't have a solution but have just experienced the same problem and am baffled. I am using the same beans same grind. In fact using the exact same grind it went from great one day to weak the next day. I always run it for 15 - 16 secs to get the shot and that hasn't changed. Pressure and temperature appear fine. I cleaned the top of the top filter which was a little dirty but not seriously bad - no change. The coffee flow which is normally chocolate coloured to start with is just mid brown.

This is a problem with the k-cups themselves. Each K-cup has a coffee filter type media in the top and bottom of each k-cup. It sounds like you may have purchased a batch of k-cups with a defective bottom filter. Just to be sure, run your Keurig with no k-cup in it at all and see if it flushes clear hot water. Since your holder may have remaining grounds from the defective k-cups, you may have to do this several times. Once this is done, you can confirm it is working with another brand or batch of k-cups. The only way the brewer itself could be the cause is if the needle in the bottom of the k-cup holder has somehow become dislodged and is piercing the filter in addition to the k-cup bottom.
I hope this helps. Good luck!

Hi,
Here is a tip that I wrote that will give you some things to try that will help you get your Keurig coffee brewer working again.
Keurig Coffee Brewer not making a full cup of Coffee

1. Power off machine.
2. Using a metal paperclip, insert it into left side of top needle. It must insert at least 1" deep. Insert it into slot on right side and again from back of needle.
3. Remove KCup cradle. Separate bottom from top. In the top section, insert the paperclip up into bottom needle from the bottom upwards. It will not go all the way thru and this is normal.
4. Reassemble KCup cradle and reinsert it back into coffee maker.
5. Power on machine.
6. Brew a cup of water only. There may be coffee grounds in the water and these should eventually clear during the remaining steps. NOTE: A large cup brew cycle should output a full 8 ounces (235cc). Less means there is still a blockage
