Display light are flashing.
Very simple. If only one LED above the cycle buttons is flashing then the wash tank is simply not up to temperature. Just wait a little longer and allow the wash tank to get up to 163F. If multiple LESs are flashing then you probably havea defective touch panel with the buttons on it
Follow this steps and fix it. Merry Christmas
1. No power to the dishwasher
Make sure there's power getting to the dishwasher. Check for a tripped circuit breaker or a blown fuse. Check the wall socket for power. Sometimes the power cord disconnects at the dishwasher (inside the junction box, behind the bottom kick panel), if this is the case, the wiring must be repaired or replaced.
2. Door switch
Replace if defective.
Main Control Module / Timer
The main control module or mechanical timer controls all the functions of the dishwasher. To check this you will need to find the 2 leads that supply the power to the control. They will be marked on the wiring diagram. They usually come from the hi - limit fuse or the door switch. When the door is latched you should have 120 volts entering the main control. If you do not the problem is not the control. If you do have power entering the control but none of the functions work properly or it does not respond at all you will need to replace main control module. this is easy to replace but not very inexpensive to purchase. Consider the age and overall condition when purchasing this part.
