Try holding the start button for 5 -10 seconds (until it starts).

We found that the problem was the sensor that regulates the evaporator flap. Replace that and it should cure the problem. Each light represents a certain sensor in the fridge, if that sensor isn't working, the according light will flash. If you go to a Samsung agent, they will be able to assist you.

If lights are flashing on the control panel, the drain pump might not be working properly. For two-wire drain pump motors check them for continuity using an Ohm meter. If it's defective You'll need to replace it. Drain pumps are not repairable.

All error codes start with the letter "E". An error code of E11 will have the five indicator lights flash once and the Start indicator light flash once.


Some models of Frigidaire washers come with a digital readout display that informs the operator of the unit's function and any errors.

Error codes indicate that a problem has occurred and should be addressed. Different models of Frigidaire washers may vary in their fault displays.

Some washer models use flashing lights at the unit's start, door lock, wash, rinse, final spin and control indicators to display error codes.



If the five indica

tor lights flash more than nine times, this signals a letter in the error code. The letter "A" stands for 10 flashes, "B" for 11, "C" for 12, "D" for 13, "E" for 14 and "F" for 15 flashes. An error code of EB2 will have the five indicator lights flash or blink 11 times, and the Start indicator light blink twice

You can get the trouble code by turning the key to run (not start) then back one click...repeat 3 times total ending in the run position. The trouble code will either display in your odometer, or be a series of flashes( number of flashes, pause, flashes etc. = a number) on your check engine light. write it down. Do a google search to tell you what the code represents. The most common cause is a loose or missing gas cap.

With the complexities of modern vehicles I would only be guessing without more information. The first thing you need to do is check to see if there are any diagnostic trouble codes. You can have this checked for free at Autozone or you can do it yourself. To do so you can use the ignition key; without starting the engine turn the ignition on, off, on, off, on, off, on, within 30 seconds. After a short delay the codes should be displayed. If you have a digital odometer they will be displayed there otherwise they will be displayed by the check engine light flashing. The first code will be 12 (engine not running) and the last code will be 55 (codes complete). If you have to use the check engine light the codes will be flashed one digit each three times for each digit, 12 will be flash, flash, flash, delay, flash flash, flash flash, flash flash, delay then the next number until they are complete after code 55.
If no codes show up then I would have to suspect a defective ignition module before any other problems. To check this when it won't start check for spark. You'll need a spark tester ($3-$15) to avoid possibly damaging the electronics.
