Are you 100% sure that its fully charged? Maybe a faulty battery or terminal. Batteries do fail after a time. Does it boot while plugged in?

There are two ways to turn off emergency
1.You mobile phone receives weak signal from near tower so try to Switch off your mobile,wait few seconds and switch on.
2.Your mobile is locked to particular network provider.

Good day,

To turn on your phone first make sure it is fully charged.
Then you will see on top of the handset on the left corner there is a power button.
Press the power button and hold it in until you see the screen power up.

This will switch on your phone!

press power button or the button which switch off the screen for 5 sec then a window will appear you may switch off on clicking switch off

it's right, during a phone call in HTC HD, the screen may shut down but you can easely turt it on again by presseing the on/ off botton once.

for touch pro, am not sure but it seems to be the version came after HTC HD, so all the problems in HTC HD should be solven in Touch pro.

Remove the battery from the mobile, press the power button, for 30 seconds.
Re attach the charger , switch on the phone. If it turns on switch it off again and reinsert the battery and check.
If none of the above steps work, you would have to take it in for repairs as there could be a problem with the power supply inside the phone , that would require special tools to open

Well plenty to really use them as a disposable phone.

with one HTC you only have ONE disposable phone which won't last as long as 10 second hand nokias. (or other phones as long as they ar not HTC

U can change your  file with a new file of same type and same dimensions. Use adobe photoshop to create a new image of required size

The file is windows/animated.gif

replace it with a new one

to hard reset the htc s 710....................
1) switch off the phone first,
2) again switch it on....and as soon as the green led starts blinking (indication of phone coming to life) immedietly press and hold both the soft keys at a time, and follow the instruction given on u r phone screen. :)
