Finisher 1 tray lift motor error.
It should be looked at by a technician to see if the sensor or motor needs to be replaced.
If you want to use the machine for now and bypass the error. Turn the power off on the copier. locate the finisher cable in the back of the machine. Pinch and release the cable and turn the power back on.

2 ways to check the meter.
press the user tools button on the op panel. on the screen press counter. you can either view the counter on the screen, or press print counter, and it will give you a hard copy.
the 2nd way is to look behind the front cover, probably behind a piece of tape, on the right side, about half way down.

I'm way late..... but the used toner is located under the transport belt assembly. Remove belt assy., and vacuum out waste toner -clean sensor on bottom of unit.
