Move applications to the SD card.
Search the internet for solutions to your particular problem (what messages are you getting) ?
Your phone needs a certain amount of memory to run (15MB I think)

Hold "volume down+home+power" until the LG logo appears and it should initiate the factory reset process automatically. Its a hard reset as there is no factory reset option.
