1 Check the fusing unit for proper installation and correct as necessary. 2 Check the connector between M3-PRCB CN2 for proper connection and correct as necessary. 3 Check the connector of M3 for proper drive coupling and correct as necessary. 4 PS37 I/O check, sensor check. 5 M3 operation check PRCB CN2-9 (REM) PRCB CN2-12 (LOCK) bizhub C554 22-J bizhub C454 21-J. 6. Replace M3. 7. Replace the fusing unit. 8. Replace PRCB.
Do not know of a "Window Relay" for a 2-door M3 convertible. But there is a "Window motor to regulator" in the door itself.
However, there are two 30 amp fuses (#14 and #19) located in the plastic front power distribution box located in the left-hand rear corner (nearest the driver) of the engine compartment that I would check to see if this is your problem before digging down into door interior disassembly. The numbers are marked look under box cover.
