If you registered your mixer there will be a three year warranty so get it back to your local Behringer service depot. If not check the output from the PSU, if that's OK then I'm afraid it is very unlikey to be economical to repair. Sell it as spares and repairs on eBay.
You DON'T connect speakers to this... this is NOT a powered mixer... you MUST use external amplifier !!!! You use bvalanced (TRS) cables to a suitable power amplifier which connects to speakers. Some Behringer mixers such as the PMP5000 have built in amplifiers to drive speakers... yours does not.
I don't understand because the Xenyx 1002fx draws only 16 Watts so the fuse should be well less than 1 amp why would you put a 5 amp?
And your 800 Watt mixer???... There is something wrong with this model number as the 1002fx certainly is not 800 Watts. Please supply the correct model numbers so we can help you.
Use four (4) TRS cables. Connect from the
AUX "send" (left and right) to the input of the effects unit with two of the cables. Use the other two cables to connect from teh effects out jacks to the AUX "returns" left and right.
