Lamb light will not go off

the lamp is good one, it is ok .the mother board is ok
it seems like the fans is defective
pls check every fan in the projector

There is a black and silver knob under the keystone label( right above the automatic label ) on the side of your projector. turn this knob counterclockwise to loosen the covering over the housing unit for the lamb. once the knob is loosened lift the housing unit off of the side of the projector. You wlll see the enclosure where the lamp fits into beneath it.
Make sure the power is off for your projector while doing so. Screw the lamb into the enclosure , then replace the covering and screw the black knob in clockwise until it tightens.

You can reset the lamb timer as follows.
While pressing the MODE button, press the POWER button three times.
all the monitors flashes for a few second , The lamp timer is initialized to[ 0 hours] .

The fans are on all the time, no light though, the buttons on the unit do light up. Would this be the lamp? No lights on POWER, TEMP and LAMB

Yes this is a clear indication that the bulb needs to be changed

there is no filter on this model. just open it up and blow the dust out of it. if the lamp still won't light, check to see if the colorwheel is spinning. if it doesn't spin, the lamp won't light. if the lamp side screen is clogged with dust, the lamp is shot.

if it's under 1 year old, it's still under warranty, so send it in and get it fixed for free.

Reset The Lamp Timer.

While simultaneously holding down (+ . >) and AUTO SYNC on the projector, Press ( I ) ON and ( - . < ) on the projector.

"LAMP 0000H" is displayed, indicating that the lamp timer is reset.

NOTE..... Make sure only to reset the lamp timer only when replacing the lamp. If you reset the lamp timer and continue to use the same lamp, this may cause the lamp tp become damaged or explode...

i assume you mean the pj lamp glowing bright red
