One day it would play DVD's and the next it wouldn't. I tried to a lense cleaning DVD and I tried different DVD's, but it won't play them anymore. I called Tech support and all they could tell me was to make sure the disk was clean and that it was the correct region. Is there any way I can fix this on my own? My DVD movie (Cranford) from Netflix plays on my little portable DVD player but not on my other one DVD player connected to the TV. Yet when I put a different DVD movie (Streetcar Name Desire) into the DVD player connected to my TV, it works and reads it fine and I can see that movie. Why won't my DVD player (the one connected to my TV) read my Cranford DVD?
