Omg my black berry is only week ol, and says i have a text thn it deletes itsself b4 i can get 2 it! sme with the missed calls i click veiw missed call and it deletes the miss call. then the hour glass is alwayz popping up now.

Hello. Begin by removing the battery from the black berry for 5 minutes. This will reset your black berry to factory settings and may well solve your problem. If it does not, you will have to take your blackberry into a phone store. Joe
