My son has a iview cyberpad 754-tpc and the screen is cracked and it gets really hot where the crack is. The screen also flickers and nonresponsive on one side. Where can I get this fixed at or who can I call to get it replaced? We have had this tablet less than a year.

I have a superpad 7 tablet, and the touch screen is very sluggish. I have to press hard to get it to work. Any ideas would be very much appreciated. THANKS
