I would assume you are using an android samsung device.
Depending on device steps may differ.
Open Contacts, find the contact you blocked and touch it to select it, then press Menu and More, then tap Remove from Reject List
Then...
Press Home button, open Applications, go to Settings, then Call, then Call Rejection, open Auto Rejection List, find number blocked and touch it and hold until menu pops up, touch Delete then OK. Press Home button.
Number is no longer blocked

go to settings, then call settings, then all calls and you should be able to help yourself from there

You will need to delete the saved text out of the Blocked List. In menu you need to look for Block List, i believe on that model it is found under text messages? (varies on model) If its not visible in messages look in menu>messages>settings. It may also be found in 'calls' part of the menu. Once you find list open it and you should see a list of numbers? Select the number and delete. You should now be able to receive from those numbers?
