The Beep indicates low Batt. But if you charged the battery then clean the terminal connections on the battery and the radio. If still no good then you need a new Battery.

You are receiving but cannot anser. Your Battery of Radio is not fully charged. You charge the Battery or replace with new one. If your problem not solve then it is Power Module Fault. You replace the PA from expert person in Radio.

Your local Kenwood rep is correct for a couple of reasons:

1. The cost to modify your current radios to operate on the Italian band would be higher than the price of new radios.

2. Operating modified radios would be a violation of Italian laws.

no the rinse time is non-adjustable it is built into the main control board

How hot is the wash temp?It should be 150-165 degrees.The model is an am14 not an am15?I'm hobart tech and repair these units weekly.Let ne know.

This sounds like one of those situations where the radios will need to be serviced at a local kenwood dealer or depending on the value of the radios you might want to junk them. The average radio repair runs $75.00 to $90.00 just for the labor. The other option if so inclinded to do so would be too order the service manual for this radio and attempt to complete the repair yourself. I don't know your skill level at electronics. I wish I could help you more.

lift **** basket out and lift out samle stailees plate drain and look for stailess probe coming out of side of tank half way down there should be a white pprobably yellowed plastic ball it is a float they get old and fill fith water and don't flote telling maching I have no water keep the water coming. the float is sometimes even missing fell off andf thrown out. 10 bucks and a clip your off and running. call hobart its 110.00 and your off and running.
