LG vu getting videos to my computer

get the USB cable for your phone. I have the env 3 and the usb cable came with it. It will plug into your carger connection in your phone. As soon as you hook it up your cpu will ask you to connect through windows media and you can transfer music and video and pics through the cable... You can also email them to yourself through the pic mess option on your phone

have u tried saving your info to your mirco sd card and using sd card reader to get your info to your computer

its easier to get a micro sandisk card & put into ur phone & easily transfer files back and forth from ur phone to ur computer. thats what i do & its very simple.

There are multiple ways to fix this, eaCh way depends on what the actual error is. 1) Go onto the Menu, click setTings, Touch Calibration, and do the little exercise to recalibrate.
2) Reset the phone
3) Connect your phone to a computer using a Data Cable, and update the phone's driver
4) Go to AT&T and tell them that your phone is messing up, and that you want them to replace it with a new Vu, they will transfer all your contacts for you, as well as all you Apps, Games, Music, Pics, Videos, and anything else you have on there.

Bertha, I would suggest trying a sync cable. Pictures are stored under the "Graphics" folder, Videos are stored under the "Videos" folder.

if you droped the Vu than you could have damaged the insides and that might cause the repeating of it shuting off but a easyer way to get music onto your Vu is to get a Micro SD and get an adaptor for it and put music on that and then plug the SD into your phone its alot easyer and faster than useing the cord

you might have damaged files on your sd and that is probably causeing the malfunction in which your phone shuts off so if you download from a new site you should be good or get a new sd it might be faulty

It is quite a bummer, but you have to select one picture at a time, go to options, select move, choose memory card, select paste and then when you have moved all of your pictures over to your memory card you can get them on your computer via the data cable. I miss my sony!

If you bought the SD card from Verizon then you should have another card where you insert the card into the regular sized and it works that way. Good luck!!
