Reset the Leapster pushing the small black button that says "Reset" which is located behind the batteries in the battery compartment. Once your Leapster has been reset, you should be directed to the first-time screen, where you can set your country/region and enter the player names.

I had the same problem and went into control panel then to internet settings clicked on the enable protected mode to disable it then applied that and leap world worked instantly! when i was done i went back in and enabled protected mode again. now we redeemed tokens and if you have an antivirus on you have nothing to fear about disabling protected mode for a little while to use a certain site that you trust like leapworld..

You actually can download all 4 starter games and 9 of mini demo games. But you need to have 4 Leapster 2 console to download each of the starter and some demo games and then combine the games in your PC. I just got mine here:

How do you get Leapworld up? I can't find it.

You have to keep clicking the arrow underneath the message. Each time your child plays, you earn 60 tokens or whatever. You have to click through all of those messages until you can play. It's confusing, because all of the messages or the same, but keep clicking that right arrow and eventually you'll be done!

Us too. Try just ANIMAL, the first word.

Only enter the first word (i.e. "rafting").
