My 4 wheel don`t work

these truck have a 4wd actuator that is most likely failing

check the vacuum lines to the actuator in the front wheels . check the actuator operation in the transfer case.

First try disconnecting the battery for about 10 minutes. This will reset all of your electrical systems and perhaps fix the issue.
If this doesn't work then check the 4 wheel drive transfer case electronic module in the right kick panel on the passenger side for corrosoion. If any posts are broken are burnt they will need to be replaced.

start truck and put in nuetral,push 2 high button and drive in reverse a few feet,it may disengage 4 wheel Jeff

try selecting from nutreul or less then 3km

sounds like the shift motor on the transfer case is going bad.

something is wrong with the pushbutton or there is something not working when computer comunicates with tranny/tranfer case

pull atc 25 amp fuse in underhood fuse center and 10 amp 4wd fuse inside cars fuse box,your problem is in control box behind kick panel on pass. side ,corrosion build up,

run a direct hot wire to axle concetion might get lost when moved if nothing take out your lockouts & re build or replace

sounds like the encoder on the side of the trans on the drivers side
