T81 error minolta C452 - Konica Minolta bizhub C250 All-In-One Laser Printer

Toler leak from yellow cartrigde. Change cartridge and carefully clean paper path.

SOURCE: there is an error code

Abnormally high toner density detected Black TRC sensor-

1. Correct the TRC Connection on the underside of the imaging unit if faulty
2. Reinstall black image unit
3. Change image unit
4. Change PWB-M
5. Change PWB-MFP

you can try # 2 then run 20-30 sky shops (copies with lid up to make black copies) put a white piece of paper over lead edge section of copy glass so you are only making 1/2 black copies if you don't the copy may jam in the fuser due to excess toner. after running copies turn machine off for 10 secs to reset and power backon. if problem continues I would change the image unit.

SOURCE: Konica Minolta bizhub c452 makes clicking / ticking noise. also has color streaking.

This is a sign of wear if you can check the internal mechanics of the printer when it is running, you will see that there is a gear issue.
