I need an instruction manual for a Cook's Essential Oven model 910200. Can anyone assist?

Hello, Eileen -

Apparently the Cook's Essentials products are exclusively sold new by QVC.

I do not find a manual for your model of convection oven. It may not be manufactured any longer. It is listed as "unavailable" on the QVC website.

I have found some web pages indicating the manual for the oven is available for download, but I do not trust them as safe, meaning: I suspect some malware may be downloaded to your computer along with the manual.

Therefore, I suggest you contact QVC Customer Service directly and ask about the availability of a manual. This the link to the QVC Customer Service contact information:
http://www.qvc.com/content/information/customer-service.html

Best wishes.

I have the cooks essentials cookware (2008) purchase from QVC & the coating is coming off. Can I have these replaced. and how do I start the process to return them?

Contact QVC directly. Most of what they sell is shoddy tat so they're pretty used to dealing with warranty claims.

Cook's Essential pressure cooker missing the pressure relief knob the one that bobs with cooking. How does one ID the manufacture?

Was able to find an on-line Instruction Manual for the Cook's Essentials EPC460 and EPC450 pressure cookers:

http://www.qvc.com/cd/pdf/K14957_Manual.pdf

On the last page the distributor is identified as Tristar Products:

http://www.tristarproductsinc.com/customer/cs.html

Tristar is now distributing the Montel Williams Pressure Cooker and is no longer listing the Cook's Essentials products.

Suggest you try the Customer Service of Tristar by contacting them directly to see if the can advise on a parts supplier.

Second choice would be to see if a part supplied for similar product might be a substitute. Several brands have parts available through this supplier:

http://www.abtecparts.com/pressure_cookers_and_canners.htm

You could also try making an inquiry through this supplier to see if they can locate the part or recommend a substitute.

I have one of the Cook's Essentials small Steamer/Deep fryer unit that I purchased on QVC. I loaned it to a friend to try and they LOST the cord!!! I am looking for a new cord. Thanks, Jean

this is obvious but did you visit's cook's web to see if you can purchase a new one? if you memorized the socket appearance and/or print out a digital picture of it, you could scrounge thru thrift store electronics boxes to try to find a match. this has worked well for me when my cell chargers have died and needed replacement.

many such cords are universal...good luck

What product should be used to lubricate the support wheels under the glass turntable? Sucessive cleanings of the glass has not eliminated noise from the wheels during operation.

Use silicone spray, never an oil nor oil based products. The silicone spray has a carrier that evaporates after spraying, leaving only pure liquid silicone behind. It is non-toxic and non-flammable once the carrier has evaporated.

You can get silicone spray at hardware stores, and most cans come with a tube that assures you get silicone only where you intend to.

Sometimes, the noise is from gummy buildup on the wheel axles. If you can remove the wheels (some are attached to removable rings), try soaking in ammonia and hot water then scrubbing lightly with an old toothbrush. Then rinse well. If this is the cause of your problem you won't need the silicone spray.

I purchased an intellichef microwave from qvc. the turntable has quit working, can this be fixed or do i need to purchase a new ,icrowave?

I have the same oven and it did the same thing. I fixed it by removing the drip pan and removing 3 screws and poping the plate, the screws are holding down, up you won't be able to remove it all the way out, then clean out all the gunk that has built up in it put plate back in place and screws back in and hopefully that will be enough to get it going again. It worked on mine.
