Looking for a parts / users manual for a jabsco 63022 marine spotlight. the rubber boot beneath light deteriorated and a wire broke of. the light does not move laterally but does move up and down.

Was the toilet "Winterized" last fall? If so, have you assured that any plug in the clean water intake has been removed? If NOT -- are you sure the pump has not been frozen and internally damaged by ice? The pump is a simple device which rarely fail unless its inlet is blocked, or the pump seals or body are damaged - usually by freezing.

Sounds like the motor commutator and brushes need some attention. Not a difficult job if you have been there before but it can be tricky for a novice.

check the fresh water feed tank to the toilet is connected correctly and is that tank steel as it could be rusty ! ??

I have an older unit, but this might help...
Thick Black wire is Earth or Ground
Thick Orange wire is Spotlight feed +
Thick Grey Wire is Flood feed +

Green and brown wires are motor up/down
Yellow and Blue are motor Left and right.

dismantle the pump and put some waterresistant grease on the o-ring of the pump, problem solved
